The first two lines I quote straight from the joke,
“John Lennon imagined a world filled with peace and love.
Martin Luther King dreamt of a world free from racial discrimination and oppression.”
(My variation) The inventor of the Frisbee dreamt of a world
where he would make a fortune from goofy people
who would throw a flat, circular object
at each other in order to pass the time.
I dream of an abundant world in which I make over a thousand dollars a day, along with many other people.
Oh, I guess that's not so funny.
But it is a great dream for me.
I bet many others would enjoy making that kind of money.
How about for you too?
Anyway, the punch line to Lajoie’s joke – the Frisbee Guy succeeded (while Lennon & MLK did not)
In all ways of the Follow Your Heart concept, I am the master and commander of my own dreams. I can change and shape them as I want according to any whim I may have.
I can imagine my world filled with peace and love – which, by the way, I have that right now. Long ago, I dreamed of into my world that I created and it was free from racial discrimination and oppression. That was my world and it still exists exactly as I created it.
In this physicality of my being, it is the only thing I can control.
Most of the time, I do not even want to control my own world. I wish to let it go and have the Infinite Consciousness (IC) reign. Yet, we are the Infinite Consciousness so in truth I have not relinquished anything.
Whenever I open myself totally to the IC, abundance flows without ceasing. I just need to direct the flow and I do it simply by releasing in the truest, most essential sense – the desires of my heart.
Let’s get on to that one thousand dollars a day dream and make it real. Let’s make it happen in your world and in mine.
